How to convert the Lower Receiver to a Full Rifle in coreSTORE

To convert the Lower Receiver to a Full Rifle, you need to use the Assembly Build process. Before that, ensure that you have received all the necessary components, including the Lower Receiver, to build the Rifle. If the item is serialized then the serial number will be added to both Inventory and Bound Book Records when it was receive from PO & Recieving module. 

Additionally, create a new item for the Build Rifle Item and make sure to set "Item Has Serial Number." as you need to assign this as you Build Item in the Assemblies

1. Create an Assembly in coreSTORE by going to Inventory > Assemblies > > New Assembly > Add the Rifle Item as an Assembly Item > Add the receivers as components > Add quantity > Save
   
   
   
2. Now you are ready to Build, go to Assemblies > Click the check box > Click Build
   
   
   
3. Enter the Quantity to Build > Enter the Serial number of the lower receiver that you need to build for a Rifle > Save
   
   The serial number assigned to the lower receiver will be disposed of, and the system will acquire that serial number for the rifles. As a result, you will need to maintain two separate bound book records - one for the disposed Lower Receiver and one for the Rifles that are currently in stock.
