- Every account using the phone system follows the "Ramp Up Model"
- Your SMS limit is multiplied each day by the number of day (till the 7th day) that you have spent with us.
Starting on the 8th day, your location will have the SMS limit set to 5000SMS/day. The table below will give you a detailed idea:

Note: Every day at midnight the daily counter will reset. If the limit is reached before the rest time the account will be locked for the rest of the time period.
How Are Violations Handled?
In the event that a customer violates these principles, we will work with them to try and get them in compliance with this policy. If the customer continues to violate these principles, we will reserve the right to remove or suspend access to the platform for the customer (or customers) that is not complying with the messaging policy, or not following the law in any applicable area or applicable communications industry guidelines. In the case of a serious violation, we may suspend access with little to no notice.
To ensure that customers are able to use the features to the best of their ability, we have listed a few things to avoid in order to protect your agencies:
1. Do not blast SMS from fake signups.
2. Do not get accounts blocked due to suspicious activity.
3. Do not increase Spam for not opted-in customers
