Here is a list of which fields are overwritten during distributor import.
-Fields that are overwritten by the distributor's data (Coreware can't change these because they affect whether or not a distributor will ship a product)
Product state restrictions
FFL required
Serializable
Weight
-Fields that are overwritten by the Coreware Shooting Sports Catalog
Product manufacturer
MAP
Images (ONLY IF not linked to catalog already)
Categories (ONLY IF there are no existing categories)
Facets (ONLY IF there are no existing categories)
If you are seeing incorrect data for products in one of the fields above, submit a ticket with the category "Coreware Catalog Cleanup Request." We will make sure that the fields are updated correctly.
NOTE:
Some customers have requested to have the Sports South data feed overwrite descriptions in their system. This is a preference that is off by default. If you are seeing descriptions overwritten, it is possible that this setting is incorrect on your site; send us a ticket and we will investigate.
