This is an overview of trigger links and how you can use them. Trigger links can be built into the system so that when a lead/customer clicks on a particular link, a specified action takes place. There are multiple ways to use trigger links, most commonly in campaigns, emails, funnels and websites.
NOTE:
Trigger links are the same across the entire CRM. You are able to edit trigger links in both "Email Marketing" and "Conversations".
