Add New Contact
You can manually add a new contact into your CRM with this button. Your CRM will automatically add contacts into your system whenever there is a text, call, Facebook message, or email communication created.
Pipeline Change
Here you can manually move a single contact or a group of contacts to a different pipeline in your opportunities section.
Add To Workflows/Campaigns
If you need to add a single contact or a group of contacts to a particular marketing campaign or workflow, select the contacts and then use this button.
Send SMS
This button will allow you to send an SMS message to a single contact or a group of contacts as a bulk action.
Send Email
This button will allow you to send an email message to a single contact or a group of contacts as a bulk action.
Add Tags
If you need to add a tag to a single contact or a group of contacts, you would select the contacts below and then use this button.
Remove Tags
If you need to remove a tag from a single contact or a group of contacts, you would select the contacts below and then use this button.
Delete Contacts
In order to delete a single contact or a group of contacts, select the contacts below and use this button.
If you ever need to recover a deleted contact, you can do so by navigating to the "Restore" section in your CRM. Click here to read more about restoring contacts.
