Make Purchase Orders

Navigate to Receiving View,

Click Receive button and select Purchase Order from the Dropdown,

Enter Items,

Finish Purchase Order

Look Up Purchase Order

Navigate to Receiving

Select Suspended Receivings and Purchase Orders

Select a PO and Click "Unsuspend"

Receive Full/Partial Purchase Order

After you click "Unsuspend" on a purchase order, you can receive the items listed in the purchase order.

Then you can either Re-Suspend or "Finish" the purchase order.

Receive Partial Purchase Order

You can receive part of a purchase order by editing the Quantity received for an item and then clicking Suspend to Re-Suspend the PO.

This will update your inventory for the quantity received and allow you to bring back the PO at a later date to receive additional items.
